I have 14 years of experience in driving digital projects in leading international consulting and retail companies: Virgin Megastore MENA, Emaar, Carrefour, SFR, Nestlé, LVMH, Clarins, Accenture.
I am currently omnichannel consultant and project manager at Azur Digital in Dubai, where I build and lead omnichannel transformation programs, from the strategic planning definition to the go-live. My last end-to-end achievement at Azur Digital is the conception and the deployment of the omnichannel business of Virgin Megastore MENA.
Prior to Azur Digital, I was a business freelance consultant in Paris, specialized in multichannel projects. My main clients were Carrefour, Clarins, Nestlé, Toys’R Us, SFR, Carrefour Banque, Hédiard, Moët & Chandon (LVMH).
I founded my first company when I was 18, then I graduated from Telecom & Management Sud Paris (formerly National Telecommunications Institute). Then I joined Accenture.
I am currently Omnichannel Senior Consultant at Azur Digital in Dubai, where I build and lead multichannel programs, from the business plan definition to the go-live. My last end-to-end achievement at Azur Digital is the conception and the deployment of the omnichannel business for Virgin Megastore (including operations and software developments).
Prior to Azur Digital, I was a freelance Multichannel Consultant in Paris. I worked with Clarins as a User Experience (UX) Consultant and a CRM RFP Manager, with Hédiard as an E-commerce Project Director to set-up the whole e-commerce activity, with Carrefour as a Multichannel Consultant, with Moët & Chandon (LVMH group) and Nestlé as a Project Management Consultant, with Carrefour Banque as a Delegated Project Owner and with SFR as a Multichannel and Store Digitizing Consultant.
After 2 years of freelancing for Carrefour, I was hired by my client as a Senior Project Manager to develop new activities. I was part of the business team defining the value proposition of the drive and store picking channel and was the Project Manager in charge of the front-office. I also prototyped the first Carrefour's mobile website.In addition, I worked on innovation, cost killing and I was the internal expert regarding accessibility, SEO and domain names management.
When I left Accenture to work as a freelancer, Carrefour's IT Team called me back to work with them. During these years, I was mainly in mission at Carrefour IT department as assistance to Project Owner and Project Manager but I also worked with Air France, Voyages SNCF and as a Webdeveloper for smaller players.
Accenture offered me my first job to work with Carrefour IT team. My mission was to specify and test the business rules of the Carrefour Loyalty Program.
