I have 15 years of experience in driving digital projects of leading international retail companies with multiple experiences in online grocery, electronic, lifestyle, cosmetic and luxury.
I am currently Head of Omnichannel Commerce at Azur Digital in Dubai where, as a lead consultant, I build and lead omnichannel transformation programs for our clients and as a head of department, I drive the consulting activities of the company.
During my career, I made it happen for: Carrefour UAE (grocery and electronic), Virgin Megastore UAE (lifestyle and electronic), Moët & Chandon (luxury), Hediard France (luxury grocery), Carrefour France (grocery), Clarins (cosmetic), Carrefour Banque (banking) and I also had the chance to help: Emaar, Nestlé, Toys’R Us, SFR on various omnichannel subjects
These multiple experiences enable me to drive omnichannel project from ideation to realisation across technology, operations and organisation.
I am currently Head of Omnichannel Commerce at Azur Digital in Dubai, where I build and lead omnichannel transformation programs, from the business plan definition to the go-live, leading project streams accross technology, operations and organisation.
Prior to Azur Digital, I was a freelance Multichannel Consultant in Paris. I worked with Clarins as a User Experience (UX) Consultant and a CRM RFP Manager, with Hédiard as an E-commerce Project Director to set-up the whole e-commerce activity, with Carrefour as a Multichannel Consultant, with Moët & Chandon (LVMH group) and Nestlé as a Project Management Consultant, with Carrefour Banque as a Delegated Project Owner and with SFR as a Multichannel and Store Digitizing Consultant.
After 2 years of freelancing for Carrefour, I was hired by my client as a Senior Project Manager to develop new activities. I was part of the business team defining the value proposition of the drive and store picking channel and was the Project Manager in charge of the front-office. I also prototyped the first Carrefour's mobile website.In addition, I worked on innovation, cost killing and I was the internal expert regarding accessibility, SEO and domain names management.
When I left Accenture to work as a freelancer, Carrefour's IT Team called me back to work with them. During these years, I was mainly in mission at Carrefour IT department as assistance to Project Owner and Project Manager but I also worked with Air France, Voyages SNCF and as a Webdeveloper for smaller players.
Accenture offered me my first job to work with Carrefour IT team. My mission was to specify and test the business rules of the Carrefour Loyalty Program.
